The pair were in Las Vegas to emcee separate Fresh Year's Eve parties and ended up confluence up 2 nights during their rest there.
According to People magazine, Hilton and Federline were both at LAX on Sabbatum and met up again in Pure Cabaret on Lord's Day night.
